Some of the specs that have come out include 667MHz Samsung ARM S3C6410 CPU, 128MB of RAM and 1GB of flash memory. The Smart Q7 Tablet will be available, in limited quantities, as early as this week in China for CNY1,289 / US$189 / 18,588 Yen / 139 Euro. More should come out later, but the availability and location are unknown.
