Im no draftsman, but Im fairly certain that the dotted line that makes up the camera means that it is on the rear on the camera. A solid line making it up would indicate it was on the front...
Hmm... you could be right. I found this on a couple of websites - Gizmodo, CrunchGear, and I think Engadget. They all seem to suspect that the image shows a camera on the front of the phone, but I can see how it could actually be on the back. However, there was no image detailing the back of the phone. So, lets just say that this adds to the numerous rumors circling the next iPhone...
