Anderson Germany's Bentley Continental GT Supersports

Tired of your boring ol' Bentley Continental GT Supersports? Well head over to the tuners at Anderson Germany for a tune up!

This package (pictured) features a reprogrammed ECU, new sports air filters and a lighter valve controlled sports exhaust system with free-flow catalysts. These upgrades add an extra 65hp (630hp - 695hp).

There's also a body kit that includes, new front and rear aprons, side skirts, a boot lid spoiler and a rear diffuser. Note: Production of the body kit is limited to 300 units. The kit is complemented by a new set of 22-inch alloy wheels coated in black and 285/30-22 high performance tires, too.

Additionally, you can get a mix of Alcantara and leather upholstery for the seats, door panels and steering wheel, plus loads of decorative carbon fiber trim.

1,400 hp Ford GT sets 252 mph Standing Mile World Record

The Performance Power Racing Twin Turbo Ford GT accelerates from 203 to 253 mph in 7.3 seconds.Its 252.97 MPH standing mile is a new production car world record. The 1,400 hp to the rear wheels, is achieved with the aid of two turbocharges pumping 26 PSI into the 5.4-liter V8.

The previous record stood at 231.66 mph and was held by a modified Dodge Viper. Video after the break.

Gemballa announces Gold Edition Mirage GT

The Gold Edition will produce 670hp (500kW) and 465lb-ft (630Nm) of torque. Gemballa has stated that this Mirage GT will do 0-62mph (100km/h) in 3.7 seconds and 0-124mph (200km/h) in 9.7 seconds. You can also expect to achieve a top speed of 208mph (335km/h).


The Gold Edition Mirage GT also adds:

- Several exposed carbon fiber accents
- Gold-on-white color scheme
- Custom alloy wheels
- Hydraulic height-adjustable coilover kit

Also, the interior is outfitted with Alcantara and leather trim, as well as, carbon-fiber and aluminum accents. No word on how much this package costs, yet.

Gemballa mods another Carrera GT and that's not a bad thing

This special Gemballa Mirage GT "Carbon Edition" will produce 670hp (500kW) at 465lb-ft (630Nm) of torque. It can do 0-62mph (100km/h) in 3.7 seconds, and it'll hit 124mph (200km/h) in just 9.7. And it boasts a top speed of 208mph (335km/h).


The Carbon Edition features a lot of exposed carbon fiber accents, a black-on-white color scheme and custom alloy wheels. A hydraulic height-adjustable coilover kit is also supplied to improve handling, as well as protect the car when any steep bumps appear.


Pricing for the upgrade starts at €298,000 (approximately $426,000), with the customer required to supply their own Porsche Carrera GT.

BMW 5-series GT unveiled

The body of the 5-series GT has a mix of crossover, hatchback and wagon elements; very eye catching. Up front in the 5-series, you'll have access to BMW's awesome iDrive system (hooked into a 10.2in display screen), a USB port, 80GB hard disc, DVD player, and a heads-up-display.


Three power trains will be offered:

- 530d GT

- 245hp (180kW)
- 398lb-ft (540Nm) of torque
- 3.0L six-cylinder turbodiesel
- 0-100km/h (60mph) in 6.9 seconds
- fuel economy of 36mpg


- 535i

- 306hp (225kW)
- 295lb-ft (400Nm) of torque
- straight-six twin-turbocharged petrol engine
- 0-100km/h (60mph) in around 6.3 seconds
- 26mpg in fuel economy.


- 550i

- 407hp (300kW) and
- 442lb-ft (600Nm) of torque
- twin-turbocharged 4.4L petrol V8
- 0-100km/h (60mph) in just 5.5 seconds
- 21mpg in fuel economy


Pricing in Germany (including taxes) start at €55,200 (approximately $77,250) for the 530d GT, €55,700 ($77,950) for the 535i model and €75,300 ($105,387) for the 550i range-topper.

The 5-series GT will launch in Europe this October and should arrive in the U.S. early next year.
