Puegeot looks to change its image with the SR1 concept

The SR1 Concept borrows various proportions from many classic GTs, such as, the Jaguar XK and Aston Martin DB lines. The SR1 looks very unique, yet, classic and elegant due to its influences.

Peugeot has stated that the SR1 will have a 1.6 liter gas engine producing around 218 hp and a 95 hp rear-mounted electric motor. Together, the SR1 is expected to push close to 313 hp while maintaining 48 MPG. Very nice Peugeot! Of all manufacturers in the world, it may be Peugeot who finally makes a hybrid that doesn't totally suck in design, horsepower, and overall sexiness. The SR1 concept will debut at the Geneva Auto Show later this year.
