Samsung has finnally unveiled its 32-gigabyte DDR3 RAM stick for servers. This new 1.35-volt modules are also 20-percent faster than previous 1.5-volt DDR3 modules.Currently, Samsung does not have a release date for this thing yet, so technically its still in its development phase.
